STEAMED TOFU WITH MINCED MEAT

Ingredients
- 100g yumeat™ Plant-Based minced meat
- 300g soft tofu
- 6g spring onion
- 9g garlic
- 2g ginger
- 4g sesame oil
The sauce:
- 4g light soya sauce
- 4g dark soya sauce
- 0.3g white pepper
- 60g water
- 2g sugar
- 2g cooking oil
PREPARATION
- Steam tofu for 10 minutes. After steaming, pour 1g of sesame oil over it.
- Pour cooking oil and remaining 1g of sesame oil in a pan.
- Fry the plant-based minced meat, garlic and ginger until fragrant and slightly brown.
- Take out plant-based meat from pan and place on top of the steamed tofu.
- In the same pan, pour sauce mixture (sugar, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, water and white pepper). Simmer for about 1 minute.
- Pour the sauce over the steamed tofu and cooked plant-based minced meat.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve.
