Ingredients

 

The sauce:

  • 4g light soya sauce
  • 4g dark soya sauce
  • 0.3g white pepper
  • 60g water
  • 2g sugar
  • 2g cooking oil

 

PREPARATION

  1. Steam tofu for 10 minutes. After steaming, pour 1g of sesame oil over it.
  2. Pour cooking oil and remaining 1g of sesame oil in a pan.
  3. Fry the plant-based minced meat, garlic and ginger until fragrant and slightly brown.
  4. Take out plant-based meat from pan and place on top of the steamed tofu.
  5. In the same pan, pour sauce mixture (sugar, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, water and white pepper). Simmer for about 1 minute.
  6. Pour the sauce over the steamed tofu and cooked plant-based minced meat.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve.
